The Township requires that all peddlers/solicitor’s apply for a permit to go door to door by ordinance.  If you have a person come to your door for sales, request to see a copy of their permit.

The ordinance also has a section that allows all property owners to request to be added to a list so that there will be no solicitation at their address from permitted peddlers/solicitors.  The list would be provided to any peddler/solicitor when they receive their approval from the township.    If you are interested in signing up for the list, please click below and fill out the application.
